Scarlet Ibis is Edmonton's PREMIERE Soca and Reggae band!
Formed in 2009, the members have been playing music for over 30 years in various other bands and are happy to provide that 'Island Vibe' for any occasion. Comprising of some live music with programmed accompaniment, we cover a variety of genres to get you up on your feet or even tunes to help you reach that special place lying on a beach in the sun!
We are proud to say we've had the privilege to play for many companies such as Petro-Canada, Excel Insurance, and Agropur and have had the change to play for many charitable events as well such as Insurance Battle of the Bands, St. Albert's Children's festival and the Cariwest Parade.
We are currently a 6 piece band comprising of 3 singers, a percussionist and 2 guitar players. We love taking special requests so if there is a special island tune you think we may know, don't hesitate to approach us and we'll be happy to try and accommodate you!
